At The Barn
Host your baby shower, graduation party, company celebration, or other intimate gathering at the Back Orchard Barn! Rentals are available by the hour, with a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours. You can book your small gathering between 8 AM and 9 PM. Click below to find our large event pricing.

Pricing
Monday-Thursday & Sunday: $100/hour
Friday: $175/ hour
Saturday: $250/ hour
Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings are only available within a 90-day window prior to the event.
Included With
Rental
Your venue manager is dedicated to ensuring your event day runs smoothly by handling all venue-specific logistics. They will assist with the layout, coordinate with vendors, and manage the venue's staff to ensure everything is in place. Tables and chairs, the decor silo, and get ready rooms are all included with your rental.
After the event, they will oversee cleanup, including floors, tables, chairs, and trash removal, so you can focus on enjoying your day. Additionally, a table will be provided in the loft for vendor seating, ensuring your vendors have a designated space.
Your
Responsibilities

-Decorate the venue
-Sweep the facility
-Remove trash from bins
-Take down tables and chairs
-Return items to the silo
-Vendors must be licensed and insured
-Clean the kitchen after use
Add-On
Options
​Some of our add-on options include bottle by request, drapery, lighted trees, and even wagon rides through the orchard. Tables and chairs may be set up by Back Orchard Barn staff at an additional cost.
